Miri founded Latent Giants Advisory after watching rollouts fail for the same reason: tools went live, processes and people did not. She brings 15+ years in talent, learning, and organizational effectiveness at companies including JPMorgan Chase, Roku, and Morning Consult.

She holds an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology, with formal AI training from Google, Anthropic, and DeepLearning.AI. She has coached 100+ leaders and built learning systems for organizations of 50,000+ people.

Common questions

Will this replace jobs on my team?
No. The goal is not headcount reduction. It is giving your team time back. Most of what we redesign is repetitive work people do not want. Clients typically use the capacity to grow without adding headcount — not to cut the team already there.
We already tried ChatGPT or Copilot and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?
That is the most common starting point. Buying a tool without redesigning the process around it is what fails. We start with how work happens today, fit the right tool to that work, and train the team so adoption lasts past week one.
How do you handle data security and confidentiality?
We recommend vendor-neutral, security-conscious tools chosen to fit your existing compliance requirements — not generic consumer AI accounts. For regulated industries (healthcare, legal, financial services), that is part of the Assessment from day one. Not bolted on later.
Which offer do we need — Assessment, Accelerator, or Fractional Advisor?

The Fractional AI Transformation Advisor starts at $5,000 a month with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Every engagement is a fixed fee set in a written proposal. If you move on to the Accelerator or Fractional Advisor within 60 days of your Assessment readout, 100% of the Assessment fee is credited toward it.
